Patelco is a Credit union that focuses on customer service and a happy customer. Because they are small, as most credit unions are, they don't run into the same challenges and regulations that larger banks and their customers do. This leads to more flexibility in dealing with their customers' needs. Patelco wanted a website the looked professional while maintaining a friendly feel with simple layout and imagery.
